Health & Wellness
Team members working an average of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for our complete health and wellness packages the first day of the month following 60 days of active, full-time employment.
Muckleshoot Bingo pays 100% of health benefit premiums for its team members and a portion of their dependents’ premiums. This coverage includes a broad ranges of care including preventive services, inpatient and outpatient hospital services, physician and professional medical services, telehealth and more.
We offer 100% employer paid dental insurance and provide our team members the option to choose from two different dental plans. Both options provide diagnostic, preventive, and restorative treatments, and one specifically includes all the basic services plus orthodontia.
Covered 100% by Muckleshoot Bingo, our vision coverage includes annual exams and funds toward prescription eyeglasses or contacts each year.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow team members to set aside pre-tax dollars from their paycheck to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses. This benefit results in reduced income tax, which increases your take home pay. MIB offers two FSA programs: 1) Health Care FSA for medical needs and 2) Dependent Care FSA for dependent care expenses.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Starting day one, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are 100% covered for all team members and their families. Our EAP services ensure that you and your family have professional counseling and referral services available should problems such as addiction, mental health, domestic, legal and financial issues arise. All services are strictly confidential.
WELLNESS PROGRAM GO365
MIB has partnered with Humana’s Go365 to bring to you a rewardable wellness program that gives you points and rewards for activity that you are already doing – like walking, sleeping, doctor visits, and more.
GROUP LIFE INSURANCE
Our group life insurance offers you peace of mind knowing your family will be taken care of due to death, accidents or dismemberment. We offer $100,000 in coverage for both life and accidental death and dismemberment 100% free to our team members.
LONG TERM DISABILTIY INSURANCE
We cover your long-term disability insurance, which pays 60% of your monthly earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit amount of $5,000, in the event you become disabled and unable to work. Benefits begin after a 180-days waiting period and may continue to age sixty-five (65).

Retirement Savings Accounts
Saving for retirement is about creating security for your future and rewarding yourself for a lifetime of hard work. MIB supports you along that path with two different ways to help you build for the future life you want.
Our 401(a) contribution is made for each team member by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. You are eligible for this contribution when you have completed one year of service and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours. Profit sharing contributions are 3% of earnings for Safe Harbor, always 100% vested and 2% of earnings for discretionary contributions vested over a 6-year period.
Additionally, we offer a 401(k) tax-deferred plan that allows employees to contribute 1% to 90% of their gross eligible wages to their 401(k) account. Team members are eligible to participate in the retirement plan after completing 60 days of service. If no deferred amount has been elected by the team member, the 401(k) will automatically enroll you starting at 3% and every year after will increase by 1%.
Paid Time Off
Time off is an important part of our culture. We encourage our team members to use their earned time off to renew their spirits and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Team members begin accruing vacation, holiday, and sick leave starting their first day of work. You can start using your paid time off leave after 90 days of employment.
Our team members enjoy ample vacation days throughout the year, allowing them to unwind, travel, spend time with family or take a few days off to focus on their favorite hobby.
0 through 1 year: Up to 40 hours per year
1 through 4 years: Up to 80 hours per year
5 through 9 years: Up to 120 hours per year
10 years or more: Up to 160 hours per year
Regular full-time and regular part-time team members accrue paid sick leave at the rate of .01923 per hour (overtime hours do not apply), up to a maximum of 240 hours per year.
FLOATING HOLIDAY LEAVE
Floating Holiday Leave offers flexible time off in place of major holiday leave. Regular full and part-time team members accrue Floating Holiday Leave based on the number of non-overtime hours paid in a pay period, up to a maximum of 72 hours.

Whether you’re on duty or just stopping by to play some Bingo, team members can take advantage of a 25% discount at our Red Cedar Deli (which has seriously delicious food) and our pastry and espresso bar the Corner Shoppe.
RED CEDAR & CORNER SHOP CHARGE ACCOUNTS
Starting your first day, you can take advantage of our F&B charge account benefit, which allows you to charge your food and beverage purchases. Your account balance is then automatically deducted from your paycheck.
Muckleshoot Bingo covers the cost of uniforms and cleaning for all our front-line team members, which means less laundry and more time with the family.
Team members enjoy secure, free parking close to our building making it easy and affordable to get to work.
Team members may be eligible for a performance-based bonus program up to two times per year – ensuring your hard work pays off with extra monetary benefits.
