Health & Wellness
Team members working an average of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for our complete health and wellness packages the first day of the month following 60 days of active, full-time employment.

Paid Time Off
Time off is an important part of our culture. We encourage our team members to use their earned time off to renew their spirits and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Team members begin accruing vacation, holiday, and sick leave starting their first day of work. You can start using your paid time off after 90 days of employment.

We Were Born to Win
Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.

The Human Resources department is located on the second floor of the Bingo Hall. Please park in a designated spot in any of our parking lots. Enter the building and find your way to the security podium just inside the south part of the main Bingo floor. Let the security podium know you are here and they will contact us about your arrival.
